HOW TO USE MULTIPACK SPORT TREC

DAY FORMULA: recommended daily dose - 1 capsule after the main meal. With the product drink about 300 ml of water. Do not use for more than 3 months.
NIGHT FORMULA: recommended daily dose - 1 capsule 30 min. before bedtime. With the product drink about 300 ml of water.
