SOLID MASS contains short, medium and long chain carbohydrates, an easily absorbed energy source. The product provides a substantial amount of whey protein concentrate which helps to increase and maintain muscle mass.

SOLID MASS is also enriched with a complex that promotes vitamin supplementation in your daily diet.

How to use SOLID MASS:

Mix 100 gr of powder (3.5 scoops) in 250 ml of water or milk using a shaker or blender. Depending on your needs, use 3 to 4 doses per day.

On training days: 1 dose in the morning upon waking up, 1 dose 1 hour 30 minutes after training, the other doses between meals.

On days off: 1 dose in the morning on waking, the other doses between meals.
