HOW TO USE BCAA HIGH SPEED Trec Nutrition
Dissolve 10 grams (2 scoops) in 300 ml of water using a shaker. Depending on your needs, use 1 to 2 servings per day. Training days: 1st portion 30 min. before training, 2nd portion immediately after training. Rest days: 1st serving in the morning upon waking, 2nd serving between meals.
