Para construir músculo, las proteínas son esenciales e indispensables. Pero la elección del tipo de proteína es muy importante en función del objetivo: suero y caseína para hacer dieta/secado, proteína multifuente para el desarrollo muscular, proteína de ternera, soja o huevo para la intolerancia a la lactosa. Cuando entrenas tus músculos, estás pidiendo a tu cuerpo que desarrolle más músculo. Sin proteínas, el cuerpo no podrá construir más músculo. Complemente su dieta con 1 o 2 porciones de proteína en polvo al día entre las comidas (es necesario un consumo de unos 2 gramos de proteína por kilo de peso corporal al día).
