CM3 1250 is a formula based on pure tri-creatine malate, with a degree of assimilation far superior to that of ordinary creatine.

The malate form contained in CM3 1250 consists in attaching malic acid to creatine. Compared with more traditional forms such as creatine monohydrate, tri-creatine malate is characterized by greater stability in the liquid, acidic environment of the digestive tract. This stability enables it to avoid transformation into creatinine (the toxic by-product responsible for cramps in particular) and considerably improves its ability to penetrate muscle cells. As a result, even with smaller doses, the quantity of creatine stored inside muscles is greater than with other forms of creatine. Use

Take one dose (2 capsules) with 300 ml water on an empty stomach in the morning.
