Description

100% Casein Complex is a blend of milk proteins where micellar casein is the majority. The casein is full of branched chain amino acids (BCAA) and is very rich in L-glutamine (more than whey), the most abundant amino acid in the blood.

The proteins in 100% Casein Complex contribute to the development and maintenance of muscle mass and skeletal health.

The milk proteins of this product are considered complete proteins, because they provide the body with all the essential amino acids, including the 9 amino acids that the body is unable to synthesize and which must be provided by the food (Histidine, Isoleucine, Leucine, Lysine, Methionine, Phenylalanine, Threonine, Tryptophan, Valine)

100% Casein Complex also contains l-glutamine, taurine and two digestive enzymes, papain and bromelain.

100% Casein Complex is aspartame free.

HOW TO USE 100% CASEIN COMPLEX

Mix 30 g (¾ scoop) in 350 ml of water once a day. Shake vigorously! 100% Casein Complex is ideal when meals are too far apart or before bedtime. If you are using pre- and intra-workout formulas (protein or amino acids), it may be best to use Casein Complex as your main post-workout protein.
